The General Terms and Conditions of the online shop are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB1), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-commerce codes.

The General Terms and Conditions are valid on all pages of the online shop and come into force as soon as you enter the online shop. We reserve the right to make any changes, in whole or in part, to any part of these Terms and Conditions without notice. Changes are effective from the time of publication. We do not undertake to guarantee the correctness and completeness of the information on the pages of the e-shop, nor do we undertake to guarantee the correctness and completeness of the textual and pictorial material. The photo and the actual appearance of the item may vary. By confirming the order, each customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions.

Delivery deadlines

The delivery time for products ordered in Slovenia is usually 5-8 days for products on stock. If the delivery time will be exceptionally longer, we will inform you within 24 hours. For out-of-stock products, the delivery time is longer, ranging from 20 days to 30 days, or even longer in exceptional cases. We suggest that you contact us at when ordering products that are not in stock and we will be happy to let you know when the products you require will be available. The delivery time for products ordered in other EU countries is up to 7 business days.

Purchase procedure

Click on the (Add to cart) button to add the items to your cart. Here you can find out the total amount of your purchase and the delivery charge. Once you have finished collecting your items, you enter your order details, your personal data, and you are ready to place your order. You must agree to the General Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase. Please be precise when entering your details. Please double-check that the details you have submitted are correct, that the items you are about to order are the correct colours and complete your purchase by clicking on Order. You will receive a notification of your purchase in your e-mail, which will also confirm that we have received your order. We will notify you by e-mail when your order has been processed and dispatched. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the seller is irrevocably concluded at this stage.


The purchase order is concluded in the Slovenian language and is binding on both the buyer and the seller. Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer. Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be executed. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us no later than 6 hours after placing your order by e-mail We reserve the right to withdraw from the execution of an order in cases where the ordered products are out of stock and there is a technical or other error in the stock entry. Partial or total cancellation of the order may also occur if there is an obvious error in the price list or if the order form has not been completed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. If the buyer has already paid by invoice, in this case we will transfer the full purchase price including delivery costs to the buyer on the next working day.


You do not need to log in to the Slowatch online shop. To make a purchase, all you need to do is enter the correct details when you place your order.

Payment methods

Customers can pay for their order by payment on delivery, invoice or credit card. Only a lump sum payment is possible. Please let us know if you have not received any notification from us and more than three working days have passed since your purchase.

Payment on delivery

After selecting the »payment on delivery« option and placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order, followed by delivery within the agreed timeframe. You pay the purchase price for the ordered product in cash to the DPD delivery agent upon collection. If you are not at home at the time, they will leave a message to let you know that the parcel has arrived.

Payment by invoice

After selecting the »payment by invoice« option and placing your order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. We will execute the order after receiving the payment on our bank account. For faster processing, you can notify us by e-mail at after payment has been made.

Payment by credit card

After selecting the »credit card« option and placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order, followed by delivery within the agreed timeframe. You pay for the product you have ordered by entering the necessary details on the credit card that will be charged for the amount of the purchase. In the case of credit card payments, the payer (details in the user profile) must be the same person or organisation that owns the payment or credit card. In the case of payment by credit card, it is not possible to change the content of the order or the final amount of the order after the order has been placed, except in special cases determined by the provider.


All prices are expressed in EUR (euro). Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation (completion of purchase). Prices are valid in the case of payment by the payment methods indicated above, under the conditions indicated above. Prices are valid only for purchase through the online shop. In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the seller will notify the buyer. The seller will use its best endeavours to secure a lower price for the buyer or to offer an appropriate solution to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. All prices of products in the online shop are final prices and already include VAT (22%).


Delivery will be arranged by DPD's delivery service. The delivery cost in Slovenia is €3,5 (incl. VAT) and for purchases over €30 the delivery is free, which means that the entire postage costs are covered by Slowatch d.o.o.. In the case of shipment abroad, delivery charges are calculated according to the price list of the logistics service provider (30€). Upon receipt of the delivered goods, you will also receive an original invoice with all the information and in accordance with the terms of sale published on this page and confirmed when placing the order. The seller is not responsible for delays by the postal service provider or for damage to the packaging. The buyer should inspect the goods received immediately and, in case of any damage, contact the postal service provider immediately, who will draw up a damage report together with the customer.

Data security - 100% secure purchase

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments. The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server.

Returns and complaints

In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot), the consumer has the right to notify the company that he/she is withdrawing from the order/contract within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods by sending an e-mail to the contact e-mail address, without having to provide a reason for his/her decision.

A message is considered timely if it is submitted within 14 days in writing or by email. Return shipment of returned goods to Slowatch d.o.o. headquarters Podutiška 152, 1000 Ljubljana, must be submitted as a RECOMMENDED shipment within 30 days. The only cost borne by the consumer in the event of withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all attached documentation. The provider is not obliged to accept redemption shipments or shipments that do not meet the provider's General Terms and Conditions. In the event of a legitimate complaint, the customer has the option to exchange the product for an identical or similar one, to exchange it for another product from the offer, or to have the purchase price paid and credited to their bank account.

Upon receipt of unused, undamaged goods in the same quantity and in the original packaging, we will refund your payments in accordance with the law (as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the goods). When returning the goods, please also send us the invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction account where you want the payment to be returned.

Products have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The guarantee is valid according to the instructions on the guarantee certificate and upon submission of the invoice. Warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the invoice.

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by phone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address The appeal procedure is confidential.

The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating litigation. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.

Protection of personal data

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information materials, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. Only authorized persons of our company have access to the data. The website provider reserves the right to disclose information when disclosure is required by law or when it is necessary to protect the legal rights of others.

By making a purchase in the online shop, the user automatically gives his/her consent to receive e-mails. The Agreement on the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions was concluded in Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia. The exclusive law of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply to disputes arising from the use of the website's services. All parties to the contract, regardless of their actual geographical location, nationality or affiliation, agree that within this service they are bound exclusively by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes relating to this Agreement shall not be subject to the provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. All disputes and legal proceedings related to this agreement, the use of the service and the operation of the service are the sole jurisdiction of the court in Ljubljana.
